The first-subscription bonus lands in the current month's credit bucket, once per account; any unused part rolls over at most once, with that month's credit. All plans are beta pricing with limited seats — we reserve the right to adjust for later cohorts. Monthly billing only for now — no annual plans.
Nothing silent, nothing surprising. When the monthly credit, the 5-hour window or the 7-day window is exhausted, auto steps down this ladder:

Beyond the free limits you get an explicit 429 — never a silent charge. Exceeding your plan's concurrency slots also returns 429; it never quietly bills your wallet to route around the limit.Subscription credit is for real development and agent workloads. If your reasoning-tier share stays above 50% for 30 consecutive days and you exhaust the monthly credit, we reach out and talk — no automatic downgrade, no silent throttling — about pay-as-you-go, a higher tier, or a custom plan.
